  • What form of payment do you accept?

  • How do I schedule a delivery?
    Fill up our estimate form or you can email us, message us on Facebook or easist way, give us a call!
  • When will my furniture delivery slot be confirmed?
    As soon as we received all relevant information regarding your purchase.
  • Are my goods insured during transportation or moving?
    In order for us to provide the cheapest possible rate, we don't provide insurance. However, you can arrange it with a third party company either ezimove or jlt can help you.
  • When will my furniture be delivered to my home?
    We strive to deliver your items as close as possible to time you require, but if for some reason there's a delay, we will let you know through text or call.
  • Will the delivery team protect my items?
    Our movers are trained in handling fragile and sensitive furnitures. You let us know how you want your freight to be handled, then consider it done.
  • Will the delivery team bring my items inside?
    This is where we pride ourselves compared to other movers. We take your items right where you want it to be.
  • Will your delivery team unpack and assemble my new furniture for me?
    Unpacking and assembling services are also offered for extra cost.
  • Do I need to wait at the pick up location?
    Yes, Only if required. But not necessarily. Just let the sellers be aware that we are the ones who will pick up and make sure you send us the receipt of your purchase.
  • Can I ride the same vehicle as my stuff?
    You can but only one person is allowed.
  • When is the service available?
    You will be informed upon your request of service.
  • In which region does Sweet as Mover operate?
    Christchurch to anywhere in New Zealand and vice versa.
  • Do you offer hourly rates for moving services?
    Yes. Our hourly rates: 1 Man + 8m3 Van - $108/hr 1 Man + 18m3 Truck - $120/hr 2 Men + 8m3 Van - $135/hr 2 Men + 18m3 Truck - $145/hr +Call out fee: 10km - $60 30km - $70 40km - Plus 1 hour * Total time is round off to higher 30 minutes. For example, 1hr 35min automatically becomes 2hr in total. *Base rate for 5 items or less is 1.5hr *Base rate for 6 items or more is 2hrs. *Call out fee starts from $60 and goes up to $100 within Christchurch extremities.
