Are my goods insured during transportation or moving?

Accepted Answer

In order for us to provide the cheapest possible rate, we don't provide insurance. 
However, you can arrange it with a third party company either ezimove or jlt can help you.

When will my furniture be delivered to my home?

We strive to deliver your items as close as possible to time you require, but if for some reason there's a delay, we will let you know through text or call.

Will the delivery team protect my items?

Our movers are trained in handling fragile and sensitive furnitures. You let us know how you want your freight to be handled, then consider it done.

Will the delivery team bring my items inside?

This is where we pride ourselves compared to other movers. We take your items right where you want it to be.

Will your delivery team unpack and assemble my new furniture for me?

Unpacking and assembling services are also offered for extra cost.

Do I need to wait at the pick up location?

Yes, Only if required.

But not necessarily. Just let the sellers be aware that we are the ones who will pick up and make sure you send us the receipt of your purchase.
